Do I need to trailer the UTV to the trails?

No. Ride Soo Line offers true ride-in/ride-out trail access. Guests can leave directly from the campground, cabin, or parking area and ride immediately onto the Soo Line Trail system without loading or unloading a trailer. This convenience is one of the biggest reasons riders choose Ride Soo Line for their Minnesota off-road vacation.

What trails can I ride from Ride Soo Line?

Our location provides direct access to the Soo Line Trail and nearby connected trail systems throughout Minnesota’s Northwoods. Are your UTV rentals beginner friendly?

Yes. Many of our guests are first-time riders. Before every rental, we provide: -vehicle orientation -operating instructions -trail recommendations -safety guidance -riding tips Our trail systems include routes suitable for both beginners and experienced off-road riders.

What is included with my rental?

Every rental includes: -premium Polaris UTV -Adventure Assure rider protection -one tank of fuel -helmets -eye protection -trail guidance -Ride Command GPS system -direct trail access Safety gear is required for all riders.

What is Adventure Assure?

Adventure Assure is the Polaris Adventures rider protection program included with every Ride Soo Line rental. It helps provide coverage for accidental vehicle damage during your rental period and offers added peace of mind while exploring Minnesota’s trails. Included Premium Coverage — Included With Every Rental All rentals automatically include Adventure Assure Premium Coverage. With this option: -A $3,000 security hold is required before departure -In the event of accidental damage, the maximum out-of-pocket responsibility is limited to $3,000 -Damages beyond that amount are covered through the Adventure Assure program -If a machine must be recovered or towed back to our location, an additional $750 recovery fee applies separate from the damage responsibility amount Upgraded Premium Plus Coverage — Optional Upgrade Guests may upgrade to Adventure Assure Premium Plus Coverage for an additional $30 per day fee. With this upgraded option: -Your required security hold is reduced to $1,500 before departure -Your maximum out-of-pocket responsibility is reduced to $1,500 in the event of accidental damage -Damages beyond that amount are covered through the Adventure Assure Premium Plus program -If a machine must be recovered or towed back to our location, an additional $250 recovery fee applies separate from the damage responsibility amount Adventure Assure helps riders enjoy their off-road adventure with additional protection and reduced financial risk in the event of an accident or vehicle recovery situation.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change and we strive to accommodate our guests whenever possible. To ensure equipment availability and maintain the highest level of service for all riders, Ride Soo Line has the following cancellation policy: -Reservations canceled at least 14 days prior to the scheduled rental date are eligible for a full refund minus a $20 processing fee -Cancellations made within 14 days of the rental date will result in forfeiture of the full rental amount -Cancellations must be made by calling our office directly during normal business hours -Cancellations made through email, text message, social media, or voicemail are not accepted -No-shows are non-refundable -Emergency situations may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at management discretion Severe Weather Policy Your safety is our top priority. If Ride Soo Line must cancel a reservation due to severe/unsafe weather conditions, guests will be given the option of: -A full refund, or -A ride credit to reschedule and ride with us on another available day This policy applies only in cases of genuinely unsafe riding conditions, not unpleasant weather such as rain or wind. For normal weather variability, rides typically proceed as scheduled since most UTVs are designed for a wide range of outdoor conditions. If guests would like added peace of mind for weather-related concerns that fall outside of safety cancellations, they may choose to add Sensible Weather Protection at checkout. Please see the section below for more details on how this optional third-party coverage works.

What is Sensible Weather Protection?

We offer an optional weather protection add-on through Sensible Weather, a third-party company that is completely independent from Ride Soo Line. This protection is designed for non-severe weather conditions such as: -rain -wind -temperature-related discomfort -other forecasted weather disruptions that may affect your riding experience but are still considered safe to operate How it works During the booking process, guests have the option to add a Sensible Weather Guarantee to their reservation. This is not insurance and not managed by Ride Soo Line. Pricing is determined by Sensible Weather based on historical weather data for your specific date and location. If qualifying weather occurs, eligible guests may receive an automatic reimbursement directly from Sensible Weather based on the terms selected at checkout. Important to know Sensible Weather is a separate company and is not affiliated with Ride Soo Line or Polaris. All terms, pricing, and eligibility are set and managed exclusively by Sensible Weather. Coverage is designed for comfort-related weather disruptions, not unsafe or severe weather events. Why guests choose it This option is popular for guests who want extra peace of mind when planning their trip, especially during Minnesota’s unpredictable weather seasons. It helps reduce the concern of rain or wind impacting the enjoyment of their ride while still allowing the adventure to go on.

What are the driver requirements?

Drivers must: -be at least 21 years old -have a valid driver’s license -follow all Minnesota ATV and UTV laws and regulations Passengers must be able to: -sit securely with back fully against seat back -have a natural bend in their knees (legs/feet may not be extended forward) -be able to reach and hold designated handholds properly -Average 8 years+ meet above requirements
